Integrations
Matilda has four service integrations plus the companion worker. All are optional. Matilda boots with none of them configured and replies with a "getting set up" notice until a model key is present.

Two ways to configure
Every setting can be set in the .env file or live on the dashboard Setup page. A value saved on Setup is stored in the database and wins over the environment. No restart is needed either way.
Testing a connection
Each panel on Setup has a Test button that makes a small, safe call to the service and reports the result. Tests never send a message or email. Admins and Owners can run tests.
Who can change what
- Owners can set secrets: API keys, passwords, and the webhook token.
- Admins can change non-secret settings such as models, addresses, and the stage map, and see whether a secret is set.
- Viewers see only Connected or Not connected.
Requesting an integration
The Setup page has an Integration not listed? Add it control. Requests are stored and shown to Owners and Admins for triage.
