Email hello@matildahq.com for help with Matilda, the Matilda Worker Mac app, or Matilda Worker for iPhone. We answer on business days, usually within one business day.

When you write, include:

• Which app you are using (the assistant over iMessage, the Mac app, or the iPhone app) and its version. On the Mac, the version is under the Matilda menu-bar icon; on the iPhone, it is at the bottom of Settings in the app.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if it helps.

Common questions

• Pairing the iPhone app. On the Mac, open Matilda Worker, then Settings, then iPhone, then Pair iPhone…, and scan the code with the iPhone app. See Install Matilda Worker.
• Syncing with your CRM. See Sync with Follow Up Boss.
• Deleting your data. Email the address above from the account you signed up with. Our Privacy Policy describes what we keep and for how long.
