User Guide
These guides cover everyday use of Matilda in the browser, from signing in to the dashboard to sharing a lead sheet with a colleague. Leads have their own small set of screens, covered under Web chat.

What you can change depends on your role. Every page is visible to every role, but writes are limited. See Organization and roles.
The dashboard shell
The dashboard has a collapsible sidebar on the left split into two bands. Agent holds Overview, Tasks, Calls, Setup, and Devices. PMS holds Properties, Tenants, Landlords, Contractors, and Leads. The organization block at the bottom opens your organization page. On mobile the sidebar folds into a sticky app bar.
A chat launcher in the shell lets you ask Matilda questions about your portfolio from any page. Any role can use it.
The dashboard follows system light or dark mode and has a manual toggle.
