Sign in

The dashboard uses an email and password owned by Matilda. There is no external single sign-on.

Signing in​

  1. Go to /dashboard/login.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

Any unauthenticated request to a dashboard page redirects here. Sessions last 14 days by default.

If the sign-in page shows a Use the demo account button, an operator has enabled a read-only demo login. See Demo account.

First login​

Accounts created by an administrator start with a temporary password. On your first sign-in Matilda redirects every page to your profile with a banner reading "Welcome! Set a new password below to finish setting up your account." Choose a new password and save. Until you do, no other dashboard page will load.

Signing out​

Click Sign out on your profile page or on the organization page, or go to /dashboard/logout.

Access restrictions​

An operator may have restricted dashboard access to known IP ranges. If you see an access denied response before the sign-in page, you are connecting from outside the allowed range. See Security.

Forgotten password​

There is no self-service reset. Ask an Owner or Admin to reset your password from the organization page. You will be asked to set a new one at your next sign-in.
