Devices

The Devices page at /dashboard/devices lists every Mac running the Matilda Worker, each with its own Follow Up Boss account. Every role can view it. Only Owners can change a sync limit or remove a Mac.

Adding a Mac

Macs are not added from the dashboard. Install Matilda Worker on the Mac and click Connect Follow Up Boss in its setup window. Once the realtor signs in to Follow Up Boss, the Mac appears here on its own, labelled with the computer's name. There are no tokens to create or paste.

See Install the Matilda Worker for the full walkthrough.

Reading the list

Three counters at the top show how many Macs there are, how many are online, and how many have a working Follow Up Boss connection. Each Mac then has a card:

On the cardMeaning
Status pillonline when the worker has checked in within the last 90 seconds, offline otherwise, never connected if setup was started but not finished. Workers check in roughly every 20 seconds while running.
Follow Up Boss pillconnected, needs reconnect when the sign-in has expired, or not connected
Name, email, accountThe Follow Up Boss user this Mac syncs as
UsageHow many conversations the Mac is syncing against its limit, for example "2 of 5 conversations", with an at limit pill when full
Last seen, addedWhen the worker last checked in and when the Mac was first connected

When a Mac shows needs reconnect, its realtor clicks Reconnect in the worker and signs in to Follow Up Boss again.

Changing the sync limit (Owners)

Each Mac syncs up to 5 conversations at a time by default. To change it for one Mac, enter a number in Limit on its card and click Save. Clear the field and save to go back to the default. The worker picks up the new limit on its next check-in.

Removing a Mac (Owners)

Click Remove and confirm. The Mac stops syncing immediately: its key is revoked, and the worker notices on its next check-in and asks to be connected again. Threads it already synced are kept.

A realtor can also remove their own Mac by choosing Sign out in the worker's Settings.
