Leads

The Leads page at /dashboard/leads is the live pipeline. Every contact Matilda has talked to, or that a worker has synced, appears here.

Columns

Column	Meaning
Name and phone	The contact, linking to their detail page
Qualification	A percentage bar in 20% steps, one per captured milestone
Intent	Buy, sell, or browsing
Budget	As captured
Messages	Total messages in the conversation
Follow-ups	Active reminders for this contact
Last active	When the last message was exchanged

Searching and filtering

Use the search box to filter by name, phone, or email. Status chips filter to new, qualifying, qualified, showing, or nurture.

Sample data

For demonstrations, the webapp ships a seeder that creates fake leads with +1555 numbers:

Add --reset to clear existing sample leads first, and --seed N for a reproducible set. See Testing.
