Portfolio Overview

The Overview at /dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It is a bento-style grid of tiles.

Tiles​

  • Occupancy. The hero tile with the portfolio's occupancy rate.
  • Monthly roll. Total scheduled rent across the portfolio.
  • Collected. Percentage of the roll collected.
  • Open work orders. Count of unresolved tickets.
  • Need approval. Items waiting on a decision.
  • Lead messages, last 30 days. A line chart of message volume from leads. This is live data from Matilda's conversations.
  • Recent activity. A feed of recent events.

Ask about your portfolio​

The chat launcher in the dashboard shell opens a small conversation with Matilda about your book. Ask things like "who went quiet this week" or "how many leads are pre-approved". This is read-only and available to every role.
