Setup

The Setup page at /dashboard/setup is where integrations are configured. It shows Matilda as an orb in the center, wired to a node for each service: Devices, Kimi, BlueBubbles, Resend, and Follow Up Boss. A node lights up when its service is connected.

Integrations sidebar

On the right, a collapsible panel per service holds its settings. Expand a panel to edit.

PanelSettingsTest does
KimiAPI key, base URL, reply model, extraction model, max tokensSends a one-word completion
BlueBubblesURL, password, incoming webhook URLPings the BlueBubbles API
ResendAPI key, from address, notification emails, whether a person reads repliesValidates the key and the From domain, sends nothing. Send test email next to it sends a real message to you, and the panel lists recent emails with any failure reason
Follow Up BossAPI key, system name and key, stage map, local timezoneLists your exact stage names

Click Save to store values. Saved values live in the database and win over the environment file. No restart is needed. Click Test to run the connectivity check for that service.

What each role sees

  • Owners see and edit everything, including secrets.
  • Admins can edit non-secret settings and run tests. Secret fields show whether a value is set, never the value. A save that touches a secret is refused.
  • Viewers see only Connected or Not connected per service.

Webhook URL

Inside the BlueBubbles panel, Generate creates the token that gates incoming posts to /webhook and shows the full URL to paste into BlueBubbles. Generating again rotates the token. Owners only. The panel includes the exact registration steps for BlueBubbles Server.

Integration not listed?

At the bottom of the sidebar, Add it lets you request an integration that is not yet supported. Requests are listed for owners and admins to triage.
