Tasks and routines
The Tasks page at /dashboard/tasks is a four-column board. Switch to routines with the toggle at the top, or go to /dashboard/tasks?view=routines.
Task board

Search filters cards by text. New task opens a drawer to create one. Creating tasks requires the Admin role.
Routines
Routines are recurring tasks. The list shows each routine's name and cadence. New routine creates one and the trash icon deletes it. Both require the Admin role.

In the current release the task board is populated from a curated sample set, while routines you create are stored. See Property management for which surfaces are live.
