Lead sheet

When a lead becomes qualified, Matilda creates a lead sheet the brokerage can open without signing in.

Where to find it​

  • On the lead's detail page under Shareable lead page
  • In the handoff email, if Resend is configured

The URL has the form /lead/<token> where the token is long and unguessable. Append .pdf for the PDF version.

What it contains​

  • The five qualification fields
  • Areas of interest and property interest, when captured
  • Notes
  • What Matilda remembers, the curated memory
  • A Download PDF button

The page and PDF render from the same content using a solid, print-safe subset of Matilda's design system.

Sharing​

Anyone with the link can view the page. Treat the URL as sensitive. There is currently no way to revoke a token other than deleting the lead.
