Property management
The PMS band in the sidebar holds the property-management surfaces. They share one visual language with the rest of the dashboard.

:::info Which surfaces are live In the current release, contractors and leads are stored in the database. Properties, tenants, landlords, tasks, calls, tickets, and invoices are populated from a curated, internally consistent sample dataset so the dashboard can be evaluated end to end. Persisting those records is on the roadmap. :::
Contractors
The contractor pane at /dashboard/contractors/<id> shows contact details, current workload, notes, dispatched tickets, invoices, and the communication thread with Matilda. Creating and deleting contractors requires the Admin role.
